Hey there!

We are Chris & Sheralyn Bennett, Owners of Silver Bird Homes. Both of us have lots of years in the construction and real estate industry. We are both active Realtors® and have close to 25 years combined experience in that field. Chris comes from a background of farm work, mechanic technician, masonry and framing. Sheralyn comes from a background of new construction, design and negotiations. We wanted to create Silver Bird Homes to create something that has a more custom feel and has future technology in mind.

In 2020, in the midst of COVID, Silver Bird Homes was born.

A little history on why we started Silver Bird Homes…

Over the years we have dealt with several contractors, some that would never call back, some that took our money and never did any work and some that would start the job but never finished. Sheralyn had worked for a few local larger builders in Utah County. We noticed that there were a few things lacking in the building aspect working with so many builders. So we worked hard and and in 2020 started Silver Bird Homes. One of the many things that make our work unique is that we keep technology in mind for the future.

Chris has a history of framing and masonry and Sheralyn has a history of new construction build jobs and interior design. They both use their expertise in every remodel or basement finish to build something beautiful and that will last. Silver Bird Homes has done several home renovations and designs.
